In the United States, visibility is only measured up to 10 statue miles. Any visibility readings greater than 10 miles are marked at 10 miles. Therefore, on this graph, if the point is plotted at 10 miles, then the actual visibility can be anywhere from 10 miles to as far as the eye can see.
